Beyond Talk Therapy

I don't do a lot of homework assignments or thought exercises. I'm more interested in what happens in your body when you tell me something difficult. That's where the real information is.

My approach integrates EMDR (a structured method for processing traumatic memories), IFS (a way of understanding the different parts of your internal world), and somatic awareness (paying attention to what your body knows that your mind hasn't caught up to yet).

These aren't separate treatments I rotate between. They work together, and I tailor how I use them based on what you need in any given session.
